Roadster 100's go to Bicester Heritage for the Sunday Scramble.

Roadster 100's go to Bicester Heritage for the Sunday Scramble.

The first Sunday in October was always Morgan Day at The Brooklands Museum, that was until the powers that be there decided that Morgan's were not important enough to be allocated their own special day.

Register Member Chris Attwood would always arrange our dedicated display area for the Roadster 100's providing some stunning lines for visitors to enjoy.

When Member Geoff Brim told us that Bicester Heritage were holding their last Sunday Scramble for 2019 on the same day, Chris got straight into it and arranged a Club Display Area for the Register.

Terry and Nola prepared FrogMog for the journey

FrogMog, Off out for a jolly🐸🐸

Nine R100's lined up along the Airfield Taxiway.

It was good to see new member Paul Stephens joining the group.

Well Done to Terry & Chris for bringing the Flag Banner.

I am not sure of the topic or who is in the huddle but something is being planned.

Chris also brought along the original Register Banner but,
something has gone seriously wrong with its erecting.

The line does look good in the morning sunshine.

Graham Archer photographed each of the cars.
Here is Geoff & Diane's car

Next comes Stephen & Elizabeth's car.

Gerald and Mary are still sporting their Bow Tie.

It is good to see Malcolm and Hazel with the group.
Always regulars when we were at Brooklands.

Graham Archer came along with Bony M,
his very cooperative passenger.

Terry & Nola's car with Frog Mog still in his seat.

Propping Up the Banner is Chris & Rosemary's car.

New Member Paul Stephens car. I believe it is the only R100
with a Safety Bar and the interesting lowered Number Plate.

Roadster 100's look good from every angle.

& All Morgans' Day 2018 badges.

FrogMog front on.

Graham's recent Clay & Polish treatment looks immaculate and is certainly leading in deep shine today.

Bony M seems to be enjoying the day.

Whenever we meet it has become a tradition to gather at 11am for coffee, before everyone separates to enjoy there own day.

This, to my knowledge, is the first time that Striped Deck Chairs have been on offer.

Peter Scott's Morgan was first to arrive.

Has someone clobbered the sign?

When you get there early, what better than to photograph your own car.

Someone else has been at it with the Polish it seems.

Terry's photo captures Morgan's and Land Rovers being a popular combination.

Gerald had also been on the hunt finding these two Series Land Rovers. One Pick Up and one Standard Cab Model.

While our Green Goddess could not be there, Gerald found this 1950's Bedford RLHZ Self Propelled Pump fire engine with the same Green Goddess nick name.
They were built for use by the Auxillary Fire Service (AFS).
